MASSIVE.AUDIO.NERVEM.A.N.Tiefdruck Musik CDM.A.N is new act on the scene, and with their opus, their bringig almost forgotten NU metal sound, from those like Deftones. I may not be the one that liked this music much, but you can’t deny their effort with this record, as guys showed their selves as very powerful and talented musicians. As their name, music they delivering sounds massive and aggressive with brutal vocals and devastating riffs, filled with lot of the breaks. Band also goes for melodic choruses that burst out from clashing hate of instruments. For someone, this may be déjà vu, and for others the reanimation of true NU metal. Some guitar work, can be found close to Mushroomhead and their era with JMann. Also, in bands opus, influences of those like old Misfits could be found, as some songs like ‘’Slave Program’’ ‘’Fals Memory Syndrome 1.0’’ have much of Misfits vibe. Production is modernly based, which gives the band to show all their qualities. Important fact is that these guys, doesn’t sound as any other band or rip off of Defotnes, Mushroomhead or even Slipknot. Another good step for Tiefdruck and enrichment of their catalogue.
